Located inside Omni Hotel, I really enjoyed my steak and fries! The sauce was so good.The staff is very friendly and professional. They have a wonderful selection of wines though not on the menu yet. For whiskey lovers, you have quite a selection. I'll go back to try other items on the menu! There's no bad table in this restaurant.

Picture it, Louisville Kentucky Thanksgiving day 2022. It seemed like a good median city to meet family coming from different areas, but none of us had a home there and were staying in hotel rooms. We were worried about restaurant closures and being able to eat at all on Thanksgiving day, much less a traditional Thanksgiving meal. Neighborhood services saved my holiday! They seated us fast (and i mean FAST) and we didnt even need reservations. I ordered that day's special roast turkey dinner and I have to say...it was probably the BEST roast turkey I have ever eaten! Everything on my plate was absolutely perfect, just like home (probably better actually). Everyone else in my party enjoyed their food also. The entire experience was amazing, especially for last minute on a holiday. A special thank you to everyone there who spent the day making other's day as special as they did mine. God bless you!

Hotel restaurant, great service! Cameron helped us and made wonderful suggestions. We really enjoyed the cauliflower appetizer and the Voodoo sauce was really good. The portions are good sized and we left full. I had the steak and fries and my wife had the vegetable enchiladas and we would recommend both! It wasn't busy when. We went but was very clean and they had a great bar selection, including bourbon of that's part of why you are in Louisville.

I asked to speak with the manager. When a restaurant has mixed reviews on Google, I like to "pick a side," if you will. To start, the hostess was friendly, pleasant, and seemed to enjoy her job (I am so sorry I did not get your name!) We had Tim as our server...it looked like he was the only server the whole time. We ordered drinks, which were perfect. The appetizers were clearly hand crafted and fresh (Dynamite shrimp and salsa/chips). The menu, although not extensive, had variations of beef, chicken, burgers, and plant based. We both had the burger and they were outstanding! The "little" things like using fresh red picked cabbage as a garnish, fresh pickled cucumbers, fresh arugula, toasted brioche roll, etc really created a unique experience that pleased the palate. We spoke with the manager, again I failed to remember the man's name, but he was also pleasant and friendly. I should mention that he was clearing tables and helping his staff the whole time, which is commendable in the industry nowadays. And so, we will be returning for breakfast on Monday and I anticipate another great meal. Give this place a try for sure!

Burger & Fries were good. Wedge salad was okay. Husband had a spicy Bloody Mary made and said it was one of the best he’s had and he’s quite picky!

We had a fantastic breakfast at Neighborhood Services, the restaurant inside the Omni Hotel in Louisville. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was also top-notch—friendly, attentive, and fast. It was the perfect start to our day, and we loved the relaxed yet upscale atmosphere. Whether you’re staying at the hotel or just in the area, this spot is definitely worth a visit. We’ll be coming back next time we’re in town!

Was so impressed a year ago we came back again. Left a review on this place last Thanksgiving raving about the turkey dinner. Was in the area this year and had to visit again for breakfast. It did not disappoint. Ordered the hot brown benedict (im a sucker for runny eggs and put them on almost EVERYTHING) and the chicken and biscuit. If you ever get the chance to do the actuall hot brown in louisville the only way it could get better is to throw a runny egg on top. So good!!! Even Neighborhood's breakfast potatoes were on point. We went fairly early so it wasnt busy, recieved excellent service other than the Dr. Pepper was out. That didnt affect me personally, though. Great place to get an amazing meal even 10 months later. Highly reccomend!
